Walking on a Dream — Empire of the Sun
Nick Littlemore is the last straw. After hearing the music he makes with his three (three!!) bands, I am convinced that Australia is a playground of perpetual sun/moonshine, funky grooves and adorable, shirtless Aussie boys in skinny jeans, shaking their adorable Aussie asses.
On the heels of Cut Copy and MGMT, come PNAU, Teenager and Empire of the Sun, all fronted by Littlemore. It’s the kind of post-cynical, post-electo, feel-good music that makes you want to say “fuck it” to your credit card debt and get out there and dance.

It’s probably in very poor taste to take a long-term break from a blog as soon as you’ve started it, but the threat of being branded an internet rube didn’t deter me. However, the fact that I’ve refrained from posting all these weeks doesn’t mean I haven’t been collecting. Quit the contrary, I have acquired a massive heap of Kinko’s detritus to share with the world, and will post on a more regular basis.
Thank you for your patience.
Enjoy.
